How to book onto Transformers 2010

Bookings for 2010 are open!

There are three places from which you can obtain a booking form:

  1. Download a booking form in pdf here.
  2. Complete the booking form in the Scripture Union Holidays brochure.
  3. Fill in a booking form on the Scripture Union website.

However you book, please ensure you have read all the important information and booking conditions.

Now complete your booking form (remembering to get a parent, guardian or carer to fill in the bottom section if you are under 18. If you are 18 or over, please complete this section yourself), sign it and send it with a cheque for £30 (deposit) made payable to "Scripture Union Holidays" to:

You will normally receive an acknowledgment of your application and confirmation of your place on Transformers within a few days, Royal Mail permitting.

You will also receive a brochure detailing all the creative activities we are expecting to offer this year, and a questionnaire asking for various bits of information, including your activity choices. Please complete the questionnaire and return it in the reply-paid envelope provided as soon as possible, as this helps us plan the holiday and activities.
